By accessing or using StrokePages, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a healthcare organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

StrokePages is a real-time stroke code activation platform designed for hospital emergency response teams. The Service includes:

• Stroke code activation and notification systems
• SMS and email alert delivery
• Multi-campus coordination tools
• Analytics and reporting dashboards
• Notification contact management

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Authorized Use

The Service is intended for use by authorized healthcare professionals and organizations. You agree to use the Service only for:

• Legitimate stroke code activation and emergency response coordination
• Healthcare operations within your authorized scope
• Purposes consistent with applicable laws and regulations

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

6. HIPAA Compliance

For healthcare organizations subject to HIPAA, StrokePages will enter into a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) as required. Both parties agree to comply with all applicable HIPAA requirements regarding the protection of Protected Health Information (PHI).

7. Data Accuracy and Clinical Decisions

Important: StrokePages is a communication and coordination tool. All clinical decisions remain the responsibility of qualified healthcare professionals. The Service does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. Users must verify all critical information through appropriate clinical channels.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for the Service. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance (with advance notice when possible)
• Emergency repairs or security updates
• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

9. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by StrokePages and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STROKEPAGES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

StrokePages is a communication tool and does not replace professional medical judgment. We are not liable for clinical outcomes or decisions made based on information transmitted through the Service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless StrokePages and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or is otherwise objectionable. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
