For healthcare organizations subject to HIPAA, StrokePages will enter into a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) as required. Both parties agree to comply with all applicable HIPAA requirements regarding the protection of Protected Health Information (PHI).
Important: StrokePages is a communication and coordination tool. All clinical decisions remain the responsibility of qualified healthcare professionals. The Service does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. Users must verify all critical information through appropriate clinical channels.
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for the Service. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

StrokePages is a communication tool and does not replace professional medical judgment. We are not liable for clinical outcomes or decisions made based on information transmitted through the Service.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless StrokePages and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or is otherwise objectionable. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
